2. Translation
- Ensure the inclusiveness of the partnership, globally and locally.
- Translate the implications of the Reference Model for each of the stakeholders in the partnership, into a Partner Specific Reference Model that is specific for the partner group and includes:
- provision of a high-level aspirational vision of the capabilities and business value to be delivered as a result of engaging in the partnership
- obtain approval for a Statement of Partner Work that defines a program of works that each partner has to develop and deploy.

- 2.08- For each Partner Group: develop baseline and target toolkit description
- 2.09- For each Partner Group: Identify the Transformation Risks and Mitigation Activities
- 2.10- For each Partner Group: Develop Partner Onboarding Plans and Statement of Work
